As of February 10, 2026, audio recordings with closed captioning of public work sessions are now available on the city of Coralville website.

Members of the public have spoken out repeatedly about previously being unable to have access to the work sessions without being physically in the room.

In the neighboring cities of Iowa City and North Liberty, work sessions are live streamed and archived on the city websites just like all the other public city meetings but we will still take this as an accessibility win even though it is limited to audio with closed captioning and it took months of pleading by the public for this most basic level of access to a public meeting.
