On August 20, having still not received any sort of reply to their email from August 12, Tara tried again.

As a result of this second email, we now have confirmation that work sessions are being moved back to council chambers as repeatedly requested by residents who have been crammed like sardines into the East Conference Room for many months.

We regret that accessibility concerns did not motivate any action but we are relieved that, at minimum, fire code requirements are being observed.

An engaged and transparent city government would not require residents to work this hard for basic accessibility.
